| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内外合治对实验性甲亢大鼠垂体病理改变的影响。方法：用优甲乐灌服造成大鼠甲亢模型,观察甲亢方内服和甲亢平膏外贴相结合对大鼠垂体病理改变的影响。结果：内外合治可明显改善甲亢大鼠垂体病理改变。结论：内外合治能改善甲亢大鼠垂体功能。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid on pituitary pathological changes of experimental hyperthyroid rat.Methods：Euthyrox were used to make the model hyperthyroid rat daily by oral for observation the effect of Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid on pituitary pathological changes.Results：Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid could obviously improve pituitary pathology of experimental hyperthyroid rat.Conclusion：Chinese medicine by taking oral and plasterring outside thyroid had the effect of improving pituitary pathology of experimental hyperthyroid rat. |
