静脉滴注大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗Guillain—Barre综合征和多发性硬化的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 观察静脉滴注大剂量丙种球蛋白(IVIG)治疗Guillain-Barre综合征和多发性硬化(MS)的疗效。方法 应用IVIG,首日0.4g/kg,继而以0.2g/kg/d连用4天,治疗17例GBS和12例MS,与同期应用激素冲击治疗的25例GBS和41例MS的疗效进行比较。结果 IVIG治疗GBS和MS组在按功能评定的临床分级及临床见效时间方面优于激素治疗组,均<0.05;而临床有效率两组比较无统计学差异。结论 IVIG治疗GBS和MS的近期疗效优于激素冲击治疗组,其远期疗效仍待临床继续观察。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic the effect and safety of high dose intravenous gamma globulin (GG) treating Guillain Barre syndrome (GBS) and multiple sclerosis (MS).Methods 17 patients with GBS and 12 patients with MS were treated with IVIG in a dose of 0.2 g/kg/d for 4 consecutive days (in a dose of 0.4g/kg for the first day), and 25 patients with GBS and 41 patients with MS were treated with steroid. Their therapeutic effectiveness was compared. Results In GBS and MS group, clinical grading scale and time of appearing effect of IVIG treated groups were superior to that of steroid treated groups ( P <0 05), but there was no statistical significance in clinical therapeutic effectiveness between GG treated group and steroid treated group.Conclusion The findings show that the efficiency and safety of high dose GG treating in GBS and MS are superior to that of steroid,its forward curative effect will be observed.
