摘    要:目的 探讨影响脐血源质量的因素及提高采集脐血的方法.方法 对398例产妇的脐血收集过程中各项产科因素进行分析,比较其与脐血采集质量的关系.结果 不同分娩方式、不同胎盘娩出方式均与脐血采集质量有显著相关性(P<0.01),采集过程中顺产的污染率为2.42%,比剖宫产的污染率(0.92%)高.结论 分娩方式、胎盘娩出方式、采集过程中的污染等都可影响脐血源的质量.充分评估、选择合适的供者和采集方法可有效提高脐血采集质量.

Abstract:Objective To explore factors that affect quality of cord blood sampling and methods to improve quality of the sampling.Methods Many obstetric factors in course of cord blood sampling from 398 neonates born by 398 parturients and relationship of quality of neonatal cord blood sampling with other obstetric factors were analyzed.Results Different patterns of fetal delivery and different patterns of placental delivery were both correlated with quality of cord blood sampling(P<0.01).The cord blood pollution rate in process of normal vaginal delivery was 2.42%,which was much higher than that in process of caesarean section(0.92%).Conclusion The patterns of fetal delivery and placental delivery,and pollution of cord blood in process of sampling can affect the quality of cord blood resource,therefore,a full assessment,selecting suitable donor and cord blood sampling method could effectively improve the quality of cord blood collected.
