| 摘 要： | 本文对甲状腺癌染色体变异进行了综述,对甲状腺癌的4个组织学类型分别进行了归纳,并复习了与甲状腺癌相关染色体缺失、扩增改变有关的文献,并对染色体变异研究在甲状腺癌治疗及预后、易感性判断中的应用前景进行展望。

| Abstract: | In this article,we reviewed the chromosomal aberration and four types of histological anatomy in thyroid carcinoma,as well as some references about chromosome deletion and chromosome amplification.In the end,chromosomal aberration were expected in thyroid carcinoma cure,prognosis and affectability judgment. |
