单纯抽查和分乡定量送海群生药盐到户防治丝虫病研究

安徽省是全国丝虫病流行最严重的省份之一。自１９５５年以来经历了试点防治、普查普治和基本消灭阶段。１９５５年全省抽查微丝蚴率为１１．９５％，到１９８６年底全省８２个流行市县中仅１４个市县达到卫生部颁布的基本消灭丝虫病标准。为了加快防治步伐早日实现全省达标的目标，１９８７年我们对丝虫病防治方案进行了改革，在４４个市县实行单纯抽查，以乡为单位根据不同的流行程度采用不同剂量的群生药盐送到户的防治措施，结果既加快了防治进程，又节约了防治经费，取得了巨大的社会和经济效益，并于１９９４年全省通过卫生部抽查复核达到了基本消灭丝虫病标准。

Anhui Province used to be one of the most heavy filarasis-epidemic areas in China. There had been the different stages of the trial control,mass survey and mass treatment, and basical elimination since 1955.Then average microfilaria rate was 11.95% by sampling survey in Anhui. At the end of 1986,14 cities and countries of 82 epidemic cities and countries had reached the criteria of basical elimination of filariasis ascertained by the Ministry of Public Health. To bring about the aim of basical elimination in Anhui early,we had reformed the scheme of controlling filariasis,i.e. single sampling survey in 44 cities and countries and deciding different doses of DEC medicated salts depended on different epidemic levels of each country and sent those to household since 1987. This scheme quicked controlling process and saved controlling funds and acquired enormous social and economic benefit.The province had reached the criteria of hasical elimination of filariasis ascertained by a re-examination group organized by the Ministry of Public Health in 1994.
