| 摘 要： | 目的 调查改水后较低水平水氟超标对儿童健康敏感指标氟斑牙、尿氟、发氟的影响。方法选择同校同班以饮用超标水氟村的儿童为暴露组，饮用水氟正常村的儿童为非暴露组进行调查检测。结果饮用水氟含量与氟斑牙、发氟有相关性，与尿氟相关性不显著。结论氟斑牙及尿氟、发氟可作为评价氟化物对人体健康状况影响主要判定指标，用尿氟为指标时应注意排除干扰因素。
