人胰腺癌荷瘤裸小鼠模型的建立及其生物学特性的研究

目的：建立人胰腺癌荷瘤裸小鼠模型，并对其生物学特性进行研究。方法：接种人胰腺癌细胞株SW1990于裸鼠皮下，每周观察肿瘤生长情况。记录其体积；6周后处死裸鼠，取肿瘤组织送病理学检查，并采用免疫组化法对肿瘤区新生血管检测。结果；肿瘤移植成功率高（87.5%)，生长迅速；肿瘤区血管丰富，组织学检查符合胰腺低分化腺癌。结论：本模型操作方法简单，易复制，肿瘤保持了胰腺癌生物学特性。是胰腺癌体内研究理想的动物模型。

The Study of Nude Mouse Model and Histological Characteristics of Human Pancreatic Cancer

Objective:The nude mouse model of human pancreatic cancer was established,and its histological characteristics of the transplanted tumor was studied.Methords:The animal model of human pancreatic cancer was developed by injecting human pancreatic cancer cells SW1990 subcutaneously into the nude mice.The growing rate and volume of tumor were recorded every week.After six weeks the animal were executed,the histological characteristics of the transplanted tumor and the neovascular status were studied by immunohistochemical staining.Results:The successful rate from transplantation was high(87 5%)with rapid growing of the tumer.The vasculature was very rich in the tumor.Pathological examination showed that it was coincident to low grade adenocarcinoma.Conclusion:This method was very simple and reproducible.The animal model are suitable for studying the pancreatic cancer in vivo.
