中西医结合三联法治疗肝硬化腹水3266例的临床观察

目的观察中西医结合三联法治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效。方法运用中西医结合三联法治疗,方法为在西医治疗的基础上,结合中成药的整体治疗以及汤药辨证施治,口服或灌肠,并观察其临床疗效可靠性和稳定性。结果3266例病例中显效2635例,占80.7%;有效572例,占17.5%;无效59例,占1.8%;总有效率达98.2%;随访复发率为17.6%。结论运用中西医结合三联法治疗肝硬化腹水可有效地调整蛋白比值,改善肝、肾功能,阻逆肝纤维化及肝硬化,缓解门脉高压,明显提高肝硬化腹水的疗效,并能有效地控制肝硬化腹水的复发。

Clinical Observation of Triple Therapy in Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of 3266 Cases of Ascites due to Cirrhosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of triple therapy in integrative Chinese and western medicine on ascites due to cirrhosis.Methods On the basis of western medicine and integration of holistic treatment of Chinese patents and herbal decoction in light of syndrome differentiation and treatment,triple therapy was applied with oral administration or enema.The reliability and stability of its clinical efficacy were observed.Results Of 3266 cases,2635 cases(80.7%)were effective markedly,572 cases(17.5%)effective and 59 cases(1.8%)failed.The total effective rate was 98.2%.The relapse rate of follow-up visit was 17.6%.Conclusion In treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis,the triple therapy in integrative Chinese and western medicine adjusts protein ratio effectively,improves liver and kidney function,blocks and reverses hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis,releases portal hypertension,enhances the efficacy on ascites due to cirrhosis apparently and controls the recurrence of ascites due to cirrhosis effectively.
