| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨大拂康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的疗效。方法：采用0．2％大拂康对40例真菌性角膜溃疡根据不同病情给予静脉注射、结膜下注射及局部点眼，并与36例0．1克霉唑结膜囊持续点眼组对照观察。结果：大拂康治疗组与克霉唑对照组治愈率有显性差异（P＜0．005，校正χ^2检验）。结论：大佛康治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效优于克霉唑。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effectiveness of diflucan on fungicidal keratohelcosis. Methods: 40 cases of fungicidal keratohelcosis have been trated with diflucan,either intravenous injection or drop. 36 cases of control group were treated with miconazole. Results: There was a dramatic difference between the effectiveness in the two groups (P<0.005).Conclusions:Diflucan is more powerful than miconazole on the treatment of fungicidal keratohelcosis. |
