联合治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎30例临床观察

目的：探讨在柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP）基础上联合法莫替丁和麦滋林-S治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效。方法：将61例UC病人随机分为联合用药组（30例）和对照组（31例），所有病人均口服SASP，联合用药组同时加用法莫替丁、麦滋林-S。结果：总有效率、症状平均缓解时间、肠镜检查、病理组织学检查在组间比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），联合用药组疗效优于对照组。结论：联合治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎疗效理想，副作用少，值得推广。

Clinical Observation of 30 Mild and Moderate UC Cases Treated by Combination Treatment

Objective:To research the effect of ulcerative colitis(UC)treated by the combination of famotidine with marzulene-S and on the basis of SASP.Methods: 61 patients who were diagnosed as mild to moderate,active phase UC were divided into combined medication group(n=30)and contrast group(n=31)randomly.All patients were taken SASP,while combined medication group was received famotidine and marzulene-S at the same time.Results:The total efficiency,the average time of symptom relief,the results of colonoscopy,the histopathological examination had significant differences(P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusion:The combination medication treatment of mild and moderate UC is satisfatory and safe,it is worth spreading widely.
