| 摘 要： | 目的观察老年急性髓细胞白血病（AML）的疗效。方法对75例非M3型老年AML患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。根据化疗剂量将患者分为A（标准剂量）、B（减量化疗）、C（预激方案化疗）3组，并对3组的疗效进行比较。结果可评价患者A组24例，B组20例，C组31例。A组缓解率（45．8％）明显高于B组（25．0％，P〈0．05），但A组早期死亡率（20．8％）高于B组（10．0％）；骨髓抑制时间A组（19天）长于B组（12天），不良反应发生率A组（95．8％）亦明显高于B组（75．0％）。C组缓解率高，骨髓抑制时间缩短，早期死亡率降低，不良反应发生率亦明显降低（P〈0．05）。结论老年AML治疗方案应个体化，预激方案化疗值得考虑。
