六味地黄丸辅治2型糖尿病肾病疗效观察

目的:观察六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法:60例2型糖尿病(MD)患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组加用六味地黄丸,疗程2个月。结果:总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组73.33%;治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标、生化指标、肾功指标较治疗前明显下降,且明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病肾病能明显改善血液流变学、生化和肾功等指标。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy with the Adjuvant Treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Pills

Objective：To study the six tastes glutinous rehmannia pill in treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN） clinical efficacy.Methods：60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（MD） were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group given routine treatment of Western medicine,based on this,the treatment group was added with six taste glutinous rehmannia ball February,course of treatment.Results：the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.33%,significantly higher than that in control group 73.33%;the index of rheology,biochemical and renal function of the treatment group after treatment was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：six taste glutinous rehmannia pill in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,can significantly improve patients with blood rheology and renal function,biochemical indexes.
