“通便茶”袋泡剂与汤剂的比较研究

袋泡剂为一种新剂型,具有溶出快、体积小、服用方便等优点。实验比较了全生药型“通便茶”袋泡剂与汤剂的质量,选择蒽醌类化合物的定性分析、大黄素的含量测定、袋泡剂的浸出速率测定、水溶性浸出物测定及对大鼠在体大肠内容物推进作用的影响等为指标。结果表明:“通便茶”袋泡剂与汤剂所含蒽醌类化合物的种类基本一致,游离大黄素袋泡剂为汤剂的2倍,结合型大黄素为3倍以上,水溶性浸出物袋泡剂为汤剂的1.9倍,对大鼠在体大肠内容物的推进作用两者无明显差异(p>0.05)。提示该处方可以用袋泡剂代替汤剂。

A Study of Comparative Quality of the Daipao and Decoction Form of Laxative Tea

The Daipao and decoction form of laxative tea quality were comparatively studied. Theresults show that they have almost same anthraquinones, with no differenence from each otherin the laxative effect on large intestine of rat in vivo; but the content of emodin and emodinmonoglucoside and dissolution rate, the Daipao form are higher than decoction form's: the contentof emodin in the water extrat of Daipao is twice the decoction's, the emodin monoglucoside is1.9 times the decoction's, the dissolution rate of Daipao is 43.9%, while the decoction dissolutionrate is 23.1%. All the evidences suggest that the Daipao preparation form replace the form ofdecoctin in catharic use in clinic.
