摘    要:目的 研究前列腺素E1对栓塞性肺动脉高压的作用。方法 测定栓塞性肺动脉高压的小猪静脉注射前列腺素E1前后的血流动力学、D 二聚体、一氧化氮 (NO)和血气分析的变化。结果 栓塞动物模型使用前列腺素E1后 ,肺动脉压有显著下降 ,心搏指数增加 ,血氧分压改善 ,NO下降 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 前列腺素E1可明显降低栓塞引起的肺动脉高压 ,增加心输出量 ,改善氧合。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E 1(PGE 1) on acute thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension in pig model.Methods An animal model of acute pulmonary embolism was established by infusion of autologous blood clot intravenously.20 pigs were randomly assigned to PGE 1 treatment and control groups.Systolic pulmonary artery pressure (SPAP),systolic artery blood pressure (SABP),cardiac index (CI),heart rate (HR),and blood gas analysis were monitored and the levels of nitric oxide (NO) and D-dimer (DD) were measured before and an hour after treatment.Results Compared with control group,the animals treated with PGE 1 exhibited decreased SPAP and NO level with increased CI and PaO 2(P<0.05).Conclusion The present study suggested that PGE 1 could significantly decrease the pulmonary artery pressure,elevate the cardiac output,and improve oxygenation in pigs with acute thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension.
