CD44V6、nm23蛋白、p53的表达与胃癌淋巴结转移关系的研究

目的探讨CD44V6、nm23蛋白、p53的过度表达与胃癌生物学行为及淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对82例胃癌标本进行CD44V6、nm23蛋白、p53的测定。结果胃癌中CD44V6、nm23蛋白、p53阳性率分别为61.0%、56.1%、68.3%；CD44V6、p53过度表达及nm23低表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。胃癌中CD44V6和nm23表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。CD44V6的表达与p53的表达之间有显著相关(P<0.05)。结论CD44V6、nm23蛋白、p53在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的淋巴结转移密切相关，CD44V6与nm23蛋白和p53表达在胃癌淋巴结转移中起协同作用。可为临床预测转移和估计预后提供重要参考指标。

Relations between expressions of CD44V6,nm23 Protein,p53 and lymp h node metastasis in gastric cancer

? Objective To study the correlation of the expression of CD44V6,nm23 protein,p53 oncoprotein with biologic behaviors and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods 82 cases of gastric cancer were examined by the SP immunohistochemical assay to detect CD44V6,nm23 protein and p53 oncoprotein.Results The positive expression of CD44V6,nm23 protein and p53 was 61.0%,56.1%,and 68.3% respectively in gastric cancer.The over expression of CD44V6 and p53 was associated with tumor lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).The expression of CD44V6 showed negative relationship with that of nm23 protein (P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between the expression of p53 and CD44V6(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of CD44V6,nm23 protein,p53 oncoprotein correlates with the lymph node metastasis of gastrie cancer.CD44V6 and nm23 protein,p53 oncoprotein may cooperatively play a role in the lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer,which may serve as an important indicator of metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
