| 摘 要： | 目的 :为制订古钩藤质量标准提供依据。方法 :对古钩藤进行药材性状、显微特征及紫外吸收光谱的鉴定。结果 :发现古钩藤茎的皮层与髓部有许多乳汁管细胞 ,叶的下表皮有许多乳突状的非腺毛遮住气孔等特征。结论 :以上特征可作为鉴定古钩藤的依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To supply basis for the establishment of quality standard of Cryptolepis buchanaii. Method: Characters of crude drugs, microscopic characteristic as well as UV spectrum of the herb were studied. Result: Laticifers were found in the cortex and pith of the stem; much papillary non-glandular hair was found covering the stomata in the sub-cuticle of the leaf. Conclusion: The results can be employed as the basis for identifying the herb. |
