| 摘 要： | 多层螺旋CT心肌灌注扫描是通过采集对比剂经过组织时的灌注数据,来测定感兴趣区组织的密度变化,得出心肌密度曲线。心肌灌注可清晰显示缺血区域的血流灌注情况,提示存在不同的心肌缺血、坏死变化,有助于对冠心病的风险评估。心肌灌注的晚期持续性改变,能显示其局部心肌坏死或存活情况。新近256层和320层螺旋CT在一次心动周期中完成全容积扫描,可同时进行冠脉成像和灌注扫描,实现"一站式"检查。

| Abstract: | Myocardial perfusion imaging with Multi-slice computed tomography(MSCT)can detect tissue attenuation changes of target region by collecting the perfusion data produced by contrast agent passing the organization.By measuring the various in tissue attenuation overtime,attenuation curves of the myocardium can be calculated.MSCT perfusion imaging can clearly show the perfusion information in ischemia area,and suggest the presence of myocardial infarction or necrotic changing,thus contribute to assess the progno... |
