| 摘 要： | 目的 评估电针联合柴胡疏肝散治疗胁肋部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效.方法 2019年1月-2020年3月于重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附属医院就诊的35例发生于胁肋部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者均用电针结合柴胡疏肝散,7d为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程.结果 通过临床治疗观察,35例患者中治愈有28例,疼痛缓解有4例,无明显疗效的有...

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in the treat of post-herpetic neuralgia in the rib.Methods From January 2019 to March 2020 in Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges Medical College,35 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia in the rib were treated with electric-acupuncture combined with Chaihu Shugan powder.7 d was a course of treatment,and there were 3 courses of treatment.Results Through clinical observation,28 cases were cured,4 cases were relieved of pain,3 cases had no obvious curative effect,and the total effective rate was 91.4%(32/35).Conclusion The electro-acupuncture combined with Chaihu Shugan powder in the treat of post-herpetic neuralgia in the rib can obviously relieve the pain,relieve the psychological pressure and improve the treatment and the quality of life. |
