穴位按摩联合心理指导用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者的价值及对血压控制的促进作用

目的：分析穴位按摩联合心理指导在妊娠期高血压疾病中的应用价值。方法：选取2019年6月至2021年6月为我院产科收治的94例妊娠期高血压疾病患者进行研究,通过抽签的方式分组处理分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组予以心理指导,观察组在对照组的基础上同时与穴位按摩方式联合,对比心理弹性、心理状态、血压水平。结果：两组护理前指标对比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组护理后心理弹性总分高于对照组,焦虑评分、抑郁评分、收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,两组指标对比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：予以妊娠期高血压疾病患者穴位按摩联合心理疏导方案,可调节心理弹性,缓解负面情绪,降压作用明显,有推广价值。

The value of acupoint massage and psychological guidance and its promotion of blood pressure control

Objective: To analyze the application value of acupoint massage combined with psychological guidance in gestational hypertension. Methods: A total of 94 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected for the study. They were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots, 47 cases in each group. The control group was given psychological guidance, and the observation group was combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group at the same time to compare mental resilience, psychological state and blood pressure level. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05). The total mental resilience score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing, and the anxiety score, depression score, systolic blood pressure and diastolic depression score were higher than that of the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint massage combined with psychological counseling program for patients with hypertension during pregnancy can adjust mental resilience, relieve negative emotions, and have obvious antihypertensive effect, which is worthy of promotion.
