Clinical Observation on Zhenwu Decoction Combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract:Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhenwu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction for chronic heart failure in the elderly.Methods 63 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected from December 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups(31 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group)by coin tossing.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and Zhenwu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction was given to the observation group.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 80.65%(25/31)and 96.88%(31/32),respectively,which were better than the observation group.Comparison of NT-ProbNP and LVEF levels after treatment between the two groups showed that the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhenwu decoction combined with Tingli Dazao Xiefei decoction should be used in senile chronic heart failure patients,with ideal therapeutic effect,which can significantly improve patients’heart function and drug safety,and is worthy of promotion.
