Clinical Observation on Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with Losartan Potassium Tablets in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 diabetic nephropathy patients hospitalized and treated in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction.The changes of TCM syndrome scores,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results After clinical treatment,TCM syndrome score,urinary albumin excretion rate,urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of experimental group were better than those of control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue decoction combined with losartan potassium tablets can effectively improve renal albumin metabolism and filtration function in diabetic nephropathy patients,improve local blood perfusion.The clinical effect is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
