CT联合MRI影像学检查对脑静脉窦血栓的早期诊断价值

目的探讨CT联合MRI影像学检查对脑静脉窦血栓的早期诊断价值。方法选取2018年6月至2020年3月我院放射科诊治的85例疑似脑静脉窦血栓患者进行研究。患者均进行CT和MRI检查,评估CT联合MRI诊断价值。结果 CT诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成总准确率为70.64%,CT诊断结果与数字减影血管造影(DSA)Kappa值为0.184(P<0.001);MIR诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成总准确率为83.53%,MIR诊断结果与DSA Kappa值为0.478(P<0.001);两种方式联合诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成总准确率为90.61%,两种方式联合诊断与DSA Kappa值为0.640(P<0.001);两者联合诊断脑静脉窦血栓形成与DSA的一致性优于单独的MIR与CT。结论 CT联合MRI对脑静脉窦血栓早期诊断准确率较高,且优于CT和MRI检查手段的单独应用。

Early Diagnosis Value of CT Combined with MRI Imaging in Cerebral Venous Sinus Thrombosis

Objective To explore the early diagnosis value of CT combined with MRI imaging in cerebral venous sinus thrombosis.Methods A total of 85 patients with suspected cerebral venous sinus thrombosis diagnosed and treated in the radiology department of our hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were enrolled to perform CT and MRI examinations.The diagnostic value of CT combined with MRI was evaluated.Results The total accuracy rate of CT diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was 70.64%,and the Kappa value of CT diagnosis and digital subtraction angiography(DsA)was 0.184(P<0.001);the total accuracy of MIR diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was 83.53%,and the Kappa value of CT diagnosis and DsA was0.478(P<0.001).The total accuracy of the two methods in diagnosing cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was 90.61%,and the Kappa value of two methods with DsA was 0.640(P<0.001);the agreement of two combinedwith DsA in Cerebral venous sinus thrombosis was better that of MIR and CT alone.Conclusion CT combined with MRI has a higher accuracy in the early diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis,and is better than the separate application of CT and MRI.
