调气养血针法对脑卒中偏瘫下肢功能的影响

目的探究调气养血针法对脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法选取辽宁中医药大学附属医院2019年7月—2020年7月脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者80例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。2组均予以基础药物治疗、康复训练治疗以及常规护理方式。对照组予以常规体针治疗,试验组予以调气养血针刺法。治疗结束后对比2组患者临床疗效、NIHSS评分、下肢运动功能及生活质量。结果治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),试验组NIHSS评分较低,下肢Fugl-Meyer评分较高(P<0.05),试验组躯体疼痛、社会功能、物质功能、心理功能等生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论调气养血针刺法可显著提高脑卒中恢复期偏瘫患者肢体运动功能级生活质量,适宜临床推广应用。

Effect of Regulating Qi and Nourishing Blood Acupuncture on Lower Limb Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective To explore the effect of regulating qi and nourishing blood acupuncture on the lower extremity function of hemiplegic patients in the recovery period of stroke.Methods 80 patients with hemiplegia in the convalescent stage of stroke in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases each.2 groups received basic medicine,rehabilitation training and routine nursing,and the control group received routine acupoint selection,and the experimental group received more with regulating qi and nourishing blood acupuncture acupuncture,the clinical effect,NIHSS score,lower extremity motor function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05),the NIHSS score of the experimental group was lower,the Fugl Meyer scores of the lower extremity were higher(P<0.05),the quality of life scores of physical pain,social function,material function,psychological function were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Regulating qi and nourishing blood acupuncture acupuncture can significantly improve the quality of life of hemiplegia patients at the recovery stage of stroke,which is suitable for clinical application.
