Clinical Study on Zhuyu Huanwu Jiedu Granule in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuyu Huanwu Jiedu granule in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease,so as to reduce the incidence of angina pectoris.Methods Sixty subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group from January 2018 to January 2019 in Changle County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the experimental group was treated with Zhuyu Huanwu Jiedu granule on the basis of control group.The curative effect of angina pectoris symptom,ECG curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect and score were observed.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in improving ECG and angina pectoris symptoms and reducing TCM syndrome score after treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhuyu Huanwu Jiedu granule can effectively improve the ECG,angina symptoms and TCM syndromes of unstable angina patients.
