| 摘 要： | 目的传承国医大师沈宝藩"痰瘀同治"之诊疗经验,发扬中医学"因地制宜"特色,在四川地区结合地域因素进行传承、运用。方法通过对川疆两地胸痹证候特点和治"痰"方法进行比较,探讨川疆两地胸痹辨治中治"痰"之异同。结果痰浊是川疆两地胸痹的主要证候要素,川疆两地痰浊成因、特点互有异同。结论辨"痰"治"痰"是川疆两地胸痹辨治中的重要内容,治"痰"亦有许多相同之处,也各有特色。

| Abstract: | Objectives To inherit and carry forward the diagnosis and treatment experience of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)master Shen Baofan,develop the characteristics of TCM"taking measures according to local conditions",and carry on and apply the TCM thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment combining the regional factors of Sichuan.Methods The similarities and differences in treating the phlegm by syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest impediment between Sichuan and Xinjiang were found through comparing the syndrome characteristics of chest impediment and method of treating phlegm.Results Phlegm turbidity is the main syndrome element of chest impediment in Sichuan and Xinjiang.The causes and characteristics of phlegm turbidity have both similarities and differences between Sichuan and Xinjiang.Conclusion Treating phlegm by differentiating phlegm is an essential part of syndrome differentiation and treatment of chest impediment in both Sichuan and Xinjiang.There are many similarities in the treatment of phlegm between Sichuan and Xinjiang and each has its own characteristics. |
