| 摘 要： | 目的观察星状神经节为主埋线治疗荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将66例符合纳入标准的荨麻疹患者,随机分为口服氯雷他定片对照组和星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗组,观察星状神经节为主埋线疗法与口服氯雷他定片对荨麻疹的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率93.94%(31/33),对照组总有效率为57.58%(19/33),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗荨麻疹疗效明显优于口服药物组。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion embedding in the treatment of urticaria.Methods 66 patients with urticaria who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into oral loratadine control group and stellate ganglion based acupoint catgut embedding treatment group.The therapeutic effects of stellate ganglion based catgut embedding therapy and oral Loratadine Tablets on urticaria were observed.Results The total effective rate was 93.94%(31/33)in the treatment group and 57.58%(19/33)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of catgut embedding at the main acupoint of stellate ganglion in the treatment of urticaria was significantly better than that of the oral drug group. |
