从阳明湿热看甘露消毒丹的证治规律及临床运用

目前,甘露消毒丹在临床各科得到了广泛运用,但研究多停留在临床经验报道及实验药理探讨方面,缺少从理论高度加以认识及总结提高。针对这一现状,文章从六经标本中气关系结合临床验案分类,将其界定为"以足阳明胃经为病变中心,湿热蕴蒸表里之证,且易广泛兼涉六经及其脏腑,而尤适宜湿热偏表、偏上之诸病",进而挖掘该方的组方规律、辨证要点,以指导临床运用,并用2则亲身验案加以印证。
