Abstract:Objective To study the rehabilitation strategy of acupuncture combined with proprioception rehabilitation training for ankle dysfunction.Methods The study subjects were mainly patients with ankle dysfunction(40)admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The admission time was from November 2020 to June 2021,and they were divided into controls through a prospective and semi-random method.The control group of 20 cases received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group of 20 cases received acupuncture and proprioceptive rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Results After 2 weeks of treatment and before discharge,VAS score of observation group was lower than control group,passive range of motion of ankle joint was higher than control group,AOFAS and Berg score were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and proprioception rehabilitation training for patients with ankle joint dysfunction can relieve their pain and promote the recovery of their joint function.
