大白鼠咬肌传入、传出神经元定位——辣根过氧化物酶法

摘    要:用辣根过氧化物酶法研究了8只大白鼠的咬肌传入、传出神经元部位。结果:大鼠咬肌感觉神经元位于同侧半月神经节和同侧三叉神经中脑核。咬肌运动神经元位于同侧三叉神经运动核全长,除尾侧份背内侧未见标记细胞外,余均可见到标记细胞,在头侧份以背外侧为主,在尾侧份则以腹外侧为主。

Abstract:The Iocations of the afferent and efferent neurons of musculi masseter of eight rats were studied by horseradish peroxidase retrograde transport Labelled neurons were observed in the ipsilateral trigeminal semilunar ganglion and ipsilateral trigeminal mesencephalic nucleus. Labelled neurons were also found in the whole length of the ipsilateral trigeminal motor nucleus except for the caudal segment of the dorsal-medial part of the nucleus; they were distributed mainly in the rostral segment of the dorsal-lateral part and caudal segment of the ventral-lateral part.
