平阳霉素损害内注射治疗疣的临床观察

本文报告应用0.1％平阳霉素生理盐水溶液损害内注射治疗寻常疣54例(损害100个)及尖锐湿疣2例,取得满意效果.寻常疣及跖疣损害,除2个因故中止用药,其余经1-5次注射,可全部消失。2例尖锐湿疣分别经1次及3次注射而愈,注射局部有较轻红肿、疼痛外,无其它副反应也不遗留疤痕.患者治疗后,血尿常规、肝功能及胸部X线检查皆未发现异常.其疗效机理可能是疣改变了机体的免疫功能有关.

Clinical observation on the treatment of warts with intralesional injection of pingyangmycin

Common warts had been treated by intralesional injection of 0.1% pingyangmycin (bleomycin A5) solution. Injection was performed once in 1-2 weeks. Fifty-four cases of common warts including plantar warts with 100 lesions and 2 cases of acuminate warts were treated. Except 2 lesions of common warts developed undesirable episode, all of the rest were cur ed with 1-5 injections. Two cases of acuminate warts were cured with 1 and 3 injections respectively. There were mild to moderate redness, oede-ma and tenderness in the local injected area, and no other side effects and no scars remained. Blood and urea routine examinations, liver function tests and X- ray examinations of the chest of the patients after treating were normal. This treatment is simple and effective without noxious side effects. The mechanism of the treatment was discussed.
