80岁以上老年高血压病的临床分析

目的探讨80岁以上老年高血压的降压治疗方法及安全性。方法回顾分析80岁以上老年高血压患者男性55例，女性70例，平均年龄（83．72±3．84）岁]血压控制的临床资料。结果选用1种降压药占32％，2种以上占68％；用CCB占52％、8受体阻滞剂占55．2％、利尿剂占19．2％、ACEI占24％、ARB占46．4％。血压由（175．64±19．31）／（99．13±13．11）mmHg，降至（125．15±14．55）／（73．70±8．83）mmHg，治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），未见体位性低血压。结论老年人降压应个体化，平均血压降至125／74mmHg也安全。

Clinical analysis of elderly patients over 80 years old with essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the treatment and safety of blood pressure control of elderly patients over 80 years old with Essential hypertension（ EH ）. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of elderly patients over 80 years old with EH（male with 55 cases, female with 70 cases, the average age was 83.72±3.84 years old）. Results 32% patients took one medcation, 68% took at lest two medcations. CCB accounted for 52%, β-blockers accounted for 55.2%, diuretics accounted for 19.2%, ACEI accounts for 24%, and ARB accounted for 46.4%. Blood pressure was significantly lowered from （175.64±19.31）/（99.13±13.11）mm Hg to （125.15±14.55）/（73.70±8.83）mm Hg（P〈0.01）. No postural hypotension was recorded. Conclusion Blood pressure control of elderly patients should be individualized. It is safe with an average blood pressure 125/74 mm Hg.
