类风湿性关节炎31例临床分析

本文报告类风湿性关节炎31例。所有患者周围关节均受损,23例发热,3例皮疹,3例有皮下结节。24例心电图检查中7例不正常。3例有左室肥厚,3例胸膜炎伴少量积液。24例RF检查中13例(54.2％)阳性。25例抗“O”测定中13例(52％)>500~u。类风湿性关节炎是全身性疾病,表现各异,但周围关节受损是最基本,最突出的症状和体征。关节外的表现也应予重视。

RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF 31 CASES OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

Clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis was established in thirty-one patie- nts from 1980 to 1984. There were 14 males and 17 females, the ratio of male to female being 1:1.2. Peripheral joints were involved in all. There were fever in 23 patients, rash in three cases and subcutaneous nodules in three cases. Seven of the 24 patients showed abnormality in ECG. Three cases were found to be left ventricular hypertrophy, one pericarditis and three pleurisy. Serum rheumatoid factor (RF) was tasted in 24 patients, the positive results were found in 13(54.2%) of them. Anti "O" titer was tested in 25 patents, 13(52%) patients had a level over 500~w. ESR was elevated in 24 of 26 patients. We suggested that rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disease with variable clinical manifestations. Although major impairment involved arthrosis, close attention should be paid to the extroarticuiar pictures.
