| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤性颅内血肿的ＣＴ表现的临床价值。方法 对２６例外伤性颅内血肿的血肿容积,部位,类型,血肿出现时间的评估与临床预后的相关性进行分析。结果 （１）颅内血肿容积与死亡率正相关,血肿大于６０ｍｌ,死亡率明显升高。（２）颞部外伤的死亡率最高,头部多部位外伤的死亡率大于单部位。（３）硬膜下血肿常合并脑挫伤,脑肿胀死亡率高于单发血肿。结论 颅内血肿ＣＴ检查在提供预测病人预后情况方面有很高的临床价值

| Abstract: | Objective To explore clinical evaluation of
CT pictices of traumatic intracerebral. Methods The CT finding in 261 cases with traumatic intracerebral
hematom are evaluated and analysed,incldingcubage,position,type,time. Results ①Cubage of
intracerebral hematoma relates positively with mortality,Mortality of (>60 ml)hematoma
is higher.②Mortality
of temporal trauma is the highest,multipositions of trauma are higher than single in death
rate.③Subdural
hematom often combines cerebral contusion and tumesence,its mortality is higher than
single hematoma. Conclusion There is clinical valuable that CT examintion of traumatic
intracerebral hematoma information. |
