| 摘 要： | 观察了14只狗在急性心肌梗塞早期的心内膜电除颤阈值.用结扎左冠状动脉前降支的方法造成狗急性心肌梗塞,测定梗塞前后能使狗心内膜除颤成功的最小能量(阈值).观察结果显示,狗在实验性急性心肌梗塞早期,心内膜电除颤阈值不增高,对狗进行心内膜除颤时以20J的释放能量为宜.

| Abstract: | Intraventricular defibrillation thresholds in the first hours of acute myocardial infarction in 14 dogs were studied. The minimum energy (threshold values) required for intraventricular defibrillation in dogs was measured before and after acute myocardial infarction caused by ligation of the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. The results showed that the threshold values for intraventricular defibrillation did not increase in the first hours of acute myocardial infarction in the dogs,and that delivery energy should be 20 joule for the intraventricular defibrillation in dogs. |
