| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症急性胰腺炎的合理治疗方案。方法以1999年1月～2004年12月间收治的84例重症急性胰腺炎作为研究对象,比较手术组与非手术组的主要并发症和死亡率。结果手术组死亡率和胰瘘的发生率明显高于非手术组。结论合理把握重症急性胰腺炎的手术适应证和手术时机是提高治愈率和降低死亡率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a proper treatment program of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP).Methods A comparison of the incidence of complications and the mortality was made between surgery group(53 cases) and non-surgery group(31 cases) of SAP from 1999 to 2004.Results Mortality and the incidence of pancreatic fistula in surgery group were significantly higher than in non-surgery group.Conclusion To grasp reasonable operation indications and timing is the key to increase curative ratio and decrease mortality of SAP. |
