| 摘 要： | 目的：研制芪珍抑瘤颗粒，并建立质量控制标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法鉴别人参、白芍，薄层扫描法测定成品中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果：人参、白芍薄层色谱斑点清晰，重现性好；3批成品黄芪甲苷含量稳定。结论：芪珍抑瘤颗粒制备合理，质量控制方法可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study preparation and establish the quality control standards of the Qizheng-Yiliu(QZYL) Granules. Methods: Radix Ginseng and Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified by TLC; The content of astragaloside in the QZYL Granules was determined by TLC scanning.Results:The chromatographic spots of the two ingredients were distinct with good reappearance. The content of astragaloside determined by TLC scanning in three lots of products was stable. Conclusion:Preparation procedures of QZYL Granules were rational. These methods can be used for the quality control of QZYL Granules. |
