实时三维xPlane成像对二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积的定量评价

摘    要:目的:探讨实时三维超声xPlane成像(RT 3DxPlane)评价风湿性二尖瓣狭窄瓣口面积的准确性。方法:36例拟行二尖瓣置换的风湿性二尖瓣狭窄患者,术前应用二维面积法和RT 3DxPlane法测量狭窄二尖瓣口面积(MVA),分别获得 MVA2D和MVAxPlane。术后对二尖瓣标本采用照相法测量瓣口面积(MVAOP),与上述两种方法测值进行比较。结果:MVAOP与MVAxplane之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与MVA2D间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MVA2D,MVAxPlane与MVAOP相关系数分别为0.95和0.97 (P<0.05)。MVA2D,MVAxPlane与MVAOP间均有良好的一致性。结论:实时三维xPlane成像法能够简便、快速、准确测量二尖瓣口狭窄面积。
