| 摘 要： | 目的:总结应用神经内镜辅助显微镜治疗听神经鞘瘤的效果。方法:对11例听神经鞘瘤交替使用神经内镜及手术显微镜,对(该区域神经内镜下解剖)手术治疗进行回顾性分析和总结。结果:肿瘤均全切,全部面神经解剖结构完整,4例保留听力,无死亡病例及严重并发症发生。结论:神经内镜在该区手术中明显改善深部术野的照明和显微解剖结构的识别,减少对小脑/脑干牵拉,弥补手术显微镜的不足,对显微手术起到重要辅助作用。
