| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药泡桐花对实验性支气管哮喘 (BA)的治疗作用。方法 制备泡桐花浸膏 ,分别观察泡桐花浸膏对小鼠耳急性非特异性炎症、大鼠棉球肉芽肿炎症、卵清白蛋白致豚鼠诱喘潜伏期、支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)细胞分类计数及豚鼠肺组织病理学的作用。结果 泡桐花浸膏能明显抑制小鼠耳急性非特异性炎症和大鼠棉球肉芽肿炎症 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,强度与地塞米松 (DA)相似 ;明显延长豚鼠诱喘潜伏期 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,优于DA(P <0 .0 1 ) ;能明显改善BA豚鼠BALF细胞分类计数及组织病理学改变。结论 泡桐花浸膏对实验性豚鼠BA具有显著的治疗作用 |

Experimental study of extraction of Chinese herbal Paotonghua in preventing and treating bronchial asthma |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese Paotonghua on experimental bronchial asthma(BA).Method Extraction of Paotonghua was prepared and used in rats to observe its therapeutic effect on acute nonspecific inflammation in mouse ears,granulomatous inflammation in rats induced by saline cotton-ball,the latent period of BA induced by ovalbumin,differentiated cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and the pathological changes in guinea pig lungs.Results Extraction of Paotonghua inhibited significantly nonspecific inflammation on ear of mice and granulomatous inflammation induced by saline cotton ball in rats(P>0.001),its intensity was similar to dexamethasone(DA);the latent period of induced BA was markedly enlonged(P<0.001),much better than DA;differentiated cell counts in BALF and pathological changdes of lungs were greatly improved.Conclusion Extractions of Paotonghua have effect on experimental BA in guinea pigs. |
