颅脑手术后颅内感染临床分析

目的 探讨颅脑手术后颅内感染的易感与防治措施。方法 回顾性分析１２８７例颅脑手术虱的有关临床资料。结果 多种不同的易感与颅内感染的发生有关。诸如严格的无菌操作，缩短笔避免激素的术前应用，及时治疗并发症，适时拔去术中所置引流和和更换脑室外引流管以及正确处理脑脊液耳鼻和切口漏等，均为重要方面。

Clinical analysis on intracranial infection after craniocerebral operation

OBJECTIVE To investigate the susceptible factors,the methods of prevention and treatment of intracranial infection after craniocerebral operation .METHODS The relevant cllnical materials of 1287 patients with craniocerebral diseases treated surgically in our department from January 1992 to November 1997 were reviewed.RESULTS Many susceptible factors were revealed to be responsible for the intracranial infection.The steps of prevention were mainly the strict aseptic manipulation,short surgical procedure,reduction and avoidance of glucocorticoids administration,treatment of complications,proper management of the drainage and cerebrospinal fluid leakage.Antiseptic treatments were mainly intravenous administration of effective antibiotics,simultaneously intrathecal or ventricular injection of gentamycin and cefotaxime. CONCLUSIONS The strict aseptic manipulation and prevention of various susceptible factors may reduce the occurrence of postoperative intracranial infection.Intravenous administration and simultaneous intrathecal or ventricalar injection of antibiotics are important measures for patients complicated with intracranial infection.
