| 摘 要： | 采用动物实验对止咳化痰丸进行药理学研究。结果发现，止咳化痰丸能明显延长枸橼酸致豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期，减少其咳嗽次数；能明显减少雾化氨水致小鼠咳嗽次数；能明显增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排出量，能明显延长豚鼠引喘潜伏期。提示止咳化痰丸具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用。

| Abstract: | Animal experiment was adapted to research the pharmacology effects of Zhisou-Huatan tablet. The results showed that Zhisou-Huatan tablet could obviously prolong cough incubation period of guinea pig induced by citric acid; decrease mouse cough times induced by gasified ammonian; increase mouse exclusize ammout of phenol red by respiration passage, prolong asthma incubation period. The results indicates that the drug has effects of resolving phlegm, relieving cough and asthma. |
