某市2008年至2011年无偿献血者脂肪血的情况分析与对策

目的调查了解无偿献血者产生脂肪血的情况,为献血者提供健康指导,促进献血者健康和避免再次献血时产生脂肪血,减少血液资源的浪费。方法收集我站2008年至2011年因脂肪血而报废血液的献血者资料,对有关数据采用χ2检验进行统计、分析。结果不同年龄、不同性别献血者脂肪血的产生差异性有统计学意义,男>女,18~25岁>26~35岁>36~45岁>46~55岁;发生过脂肪血的献血者再次献血时脂肪血发生率明显增高。结论脂肪血的产生与性别、年龄和饮食习惯等多种因素有关,采供血机构工作人员可针对不同因素采取不同对策,尽可能减少血液资源的浪费和确保血液的质量。

The Analysis and Countermeasures of Fat Blood Donors in Zhaoqing City during 2008 Year to 2011 Year

Objective To study fat blood distributing in different ages donors, providing health guidance for donors, and promoting their health and avoiding fat blood when they donate blood again, reducing the wastage of blood resources. Methods Collecting the donor＇s datas whom＇s blood were scrapped due to fat blood during 2008 year to 2011 year, and analyzing the datas by Chi-square test. Results The fat blood donor distributing on different ages and genders are different significant, male〉 female, 18-25 years age〉26-35 years age〉36-45 years age〉46-55 years age; fat blood were significantly increased in the donors who once donated fat blood. Conclusions The generation of fat blood relate to the factors such as sex, age and diet. Blood banks staff should take different measures according to the different factors, for reducing the waste of blood resources as far as possible and ensuring the quality of blood.
