代谢综合征的中医证素与颈动脉内膜的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨代谢综合征的中医证素与颈动脉内膜中层厚度的关系。方法采集120例代谢综合征患者的四诊资料,应用"证素辨证"的方法,对四诊资料进行分析统计,同时检测颈动脉内膜中层厚度。结果①代谢综合征基本证素:气虚、血虚、阴虚、阳虚、津亏、痰、血瘀、湿、热、气滞、心、肝、脾、肺、肾。②影响颈动脉内膜中层厚度的因素有中医证素痰、血瘀、肾、脾,其中与痰呈密切的正相关,标准回归系数分别为0.505(P0.01)、0.168(P0.01)、0.116(P0.05)、0.097(P0.05)。结论颈动脉内膜中层厚度可作为代谢综合征痰证的客观指标之一。

The Correlation Study of the TCM Syndrome Element and Intimal-medial Thickness In Metabolic Syndrome

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationships of the TCM syndrome element and Intimal-medial thickness in metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods Choosing metabolic syndrome patients 120 cases,combing syndrome differentiation by syndrome element,analysing the diagnosis informations by statistic process,detecting Intimal-medial thickness.Results ①the common elements of syndrome of metabolic syndrome:qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,insufficiency of yang,lack of Jin,retention of dampness,blood stasis,dampness,shotness,qi stagnation,heart,liver,spleen,pulmonary and kidney.②Stepwise analysis showed that Intimal-medial thickness level was associated positively with retention of dampness,blood stasis,kidney and spleen.The correlation analyses indicated that Intimal-medial thickness was especially associated with retention of dampness.Standard regression coefficient are 0.505(P 0.01),0.168(P 0.01),0.116(P 0.05),0.097(P 0.05).Conclusions It could be Inferred that Intimal-medial thickness can be used as one of objective indexes to retention of dampness.
