宝鸡地区初次无偿献血人群梅毒感染状况调查分析

目的提高血液质量,增强输血安全,切断TP经输血传播途径。方法采用ELISA对96076例初次无偿献血者进行梅毒抗体筛选,初复检结果阳性者用TPPA进行确认,确认阳性者按梅毒螺旋体感染者统计。统计学方法采用χ^2检验,以P〈0.01为有显著性差异。结果96076例初次无偿献血者血液标本确认结果阳性者826例,阳性率为0.86%;2005年、2006年、2007年和2008年梅毒感染阳性率分别为1.56%,1.11%,0.67%,0.65%;18岁～55岁3组不同年龄段梅毒感染阳性率分别为0.51%,1.13%,1.12%;5组不同职业阶层以工人和农民梅毒感染阳性率最高,分别为1.14%和1.02%。结论初次无偿献血人群中31岁～55岁是梅毒高发年龄段;工人和农民是梅毒高发职业阶层;梅毒感染阳性率呈逐年下降趋势。

Analysis of treponema pallidum infection of the first-time non-paid blood donors in Baoji

Objective To improve blood quality and blood transfusion safety, interdict treponema pallidum（TP） transmission through blood. Methods The TP antibody of 96076 first-time non-paid blood donors were screened by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.Only the person with both the first and second detection negative result were considered as the infective cases. The Chi-square test was used and P〈0.01 was the significant value. Results Among 96076 first-time non paid blood donors, 826 cases were positive for both the first and second TP antibody detection. The positive rate was 0.86%.The positive rate of TP infection in 2005,2006,2007 and 2008 were 1.56%, 1.11% ,0.67% and0.65% respectively. The positive rate of TP infection in 3 age groups of 18 to 55-year-old were 0.51% ,1.13% and 1.12% respectively.The workman and farmer classes were most prevalent in five different occupational classes with the positive rate of 1.14% and 1.02% ,respectively. Conclusion 31 to 55-year-old age group,the workman and farmer occulaational classes was the most TP prevalent group in the first-time non paid blood donors; TP infection rate decline gradually every year.
