| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清肝细胞生长因子(HGF)水平与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法应用酶链免疫吸附法检测100例可手术乳腺癌患者治疗前的血清HGF水平,比较年龄、雌激素受体表达情况、肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结状况及TNM分期与HGF关系。结果血清肝细胞生长因子与乳腺癌淋巴结状况、临床分期及组织学分级有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及雌激素水平无关(P>0.05)。结论血清肝细胞生长因子可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用,可能是乳腺癌预后的独立指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of hepatoeyte growth factor （HGF） and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer . Methods The serum HGF levels of 100 patients with breast cancer were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay before treatment and the relationship between changes in serum HGF levels and age, expressions of estradiol receptor, tumor size, histologie grade, lymphonodus metastasis and TNM stage were analyzed. Results The serum HGF levels were significantly correlated with lymphonodus metastasis, histologie grade and TNM stage （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, but it was insignificantly correlated with ages, tumor size and ER state （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The serum HGF may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and progression of the breast cancer, and HGF may be an independent markers of prognosis. |
