老干部1 525名体检结果分析及老年门诊护理对策

目的 总结中老年干部患病情况，提出相应护理对策。方法 按疾病诊断标准每10岁为1年龄组，统计前10位疾病发病情况。结果 1525名中老年干部患病8575种，平均每人患5．62种，其中冠心病占62．9％，前列腺增生占60．5％，高血压占51．5％，高脂血症占45．9％，脂肪肝占38．8％，分别居前五位疾病。结论 指导中老年患控制危险因震，改变不良生活方式，开展健康指导是老年门诊护理保健工作的重点。

Analysis of Physical Examination of 1525 Old Cadres and Nursing Measures of Outpatient Service for the Aged

Objective To summarize the health condition of middle and old aged cadres and propose relevant nursing measures.Methods 1525 patients were divided into age groups by ten years and disease ranking in the first ten according to the clinical diagnosis were recorded.Results The 1525 patients had 8575 kinds of health problems, averaging 5.62 per capita, of which coronary heart disease accounted for 62.9%, prostatic hyperplasia 60.5%, hypertension 51.5%, hyperlipemia 45.9%, and fatty liver 38.8% as the first five diseases.Conclusion Clinical nursing instructions for senile patients should focus on teaching them how to control risk factors, change unhealthy life styles and promote health education.
