| 摘 要： | 目的:观察柴芍薏苡仁汤配合针刺治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组45例给予柴芍薏苡仁汤口服并配合针刺治疗;对照组45例口服中成药坤复康胶囊治疗,疗程1个月。观察症状、体征、B超检查情况等。结果:治疗组总有效率95.56%,对照组66.67%,治疗组疗效与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:柴芍薏苡仁汤配合针刺治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效良好。
