天门冬氨酸及精氨酸对烫伤小鼠细胞免疫变化的影响

摘    要:本研究通过腹腔注射的方法,观察了天门冬氨酸、精氨酸对烫伤小鼠细胞免疫变化的影响.实验结果表明精氨酸腹腔注射同样能表现出显著的细胞免疫促进作用;天门冬氨酸也显示出减轻小鼠烫伤后胸腺萎缩、酯酶阳性细胞数减少、脾淋巴细胞转化反应能力受损的作用,但耳廓肿胀试验结果表明改善烫伤小鼠整体细胞免疫功能的效果并不明显.此外血清、脾脏游离氨基酸浓度分析结果初步排除了精氨酸或天门冬氨酸的作用是由于注射后血液及外周组织中浓度升高导致直接作用的可能性.

Abstract:In this study,the immunostimulating action of arginine was further confirmed by i.p.injection in burned mice.The i.p. administration of aspartate had a beneficial effect on cellular immunity.It minimized thymic involution,increased ANAE~+ lympnocytes in peripheral blood,and augmented mitogenic response of splenic lymphocytes.However,the result of ear swelling test indicated that aspartate has no significant effect on the function of the whole cellular immune system.The possible reason is discussed.
