| 摘 要： | 目的：研究犬胸腰段节段性营养动脉扔解剖形态学。方法：用乳胶混合剂经股动脉注入，在手术显微镜下解剖，并与血管造影进行对照，观察脊髓节段营养动脉的来源、分布和外径。结果：犬有13对肋间动脉起于胸主动脉或锁骨下、肋颈干；节段性营养动脉均营养神经节并形成丛；只有直径0.4mm左右的动脉才到达脊髓；根大动脉在T8、T9脊髓节段出现率较高，左侧多于右侧。结论：本文结果为实验形态学提供解剖学基础。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the morphology of the segmental nutrient arteries of canine thoracolumbar spine.Methods:The origins,distributions and outer diameter of the segmental nutrient arteries of canine thoracolumbar spine were observed and measured under microscope after perfused with mixture latex,and the results were compared with that of angiography.Results:There are 13 pairs of interconstal arteries in canine and all originate from artoa,subclavian or costcervical trunk.All those arteries are pleural and supply for ganglions.Only those arteries with outer diameter of 0.4 mm can reach the spinal cord.The radicalar spinal arteries appear mostly at the level of T 8 and T 9,and more on the left side.Conclusion:Morphological information was provided for the experimental study in vertebral canal of canine. |
