手术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗难治性胃溃疡的效果分析

目的：探讨外科手术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗难治性胃溃疡的疗效、复发、并发症情况。方法：将100例难治性胃溃疡患者随机平均分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予手术联合抗幽门螺杆菌抗生素治疗,对照组只用药物治疗。结果：两组治疗8周后胃溃疡的治愈率、复发率、幽门螺杆菌（Hp）根除率、并发症发生率和生存质量评分实验组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：外科手术联合抗幽门螺杆菌治疗难治性胃溃疡,能显著提高治愈率和Hp根除率,降低复发率和并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the combined surgical treatment of refractory helicobacter pylori gastric ulcer recurrence,complications.Methods：100 patients with refractory gastric ulcer patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups.Experimental group were treated with surgery and antibiotic treatment against helicobacter pylori,the control group treated only with drugs.Results：After treatment,the cure rate of gastric ulcer after 8 weeks,recurrence rate,helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication rate,complication rate and quality of life score the experimental group and control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Surgery combined with anti-helicobacter pylori treatment of refractory gastric ulcer,can significantly improve the cure rate and Hp eradication rate,lower recurrence rate and complication rate and improves the quality of life.
